Amharic Wiktionary: Admins, Templates, Counter

Hello dear friends, a new user here. When I started creating and editing there were just 225 content articles in ዊኪ መዝገበ ቃላት. I managed to add some more content and bring the counter to the still misery milestone of 354 "Good" articles manually. Now, I really love to add terms/phrases even one by one, but I feel frustrated when think for example about the tamil version of Wiktionary: they are absolute beastes when it comes to bots etcetera. Now I just want to ask:

1. is there a more efficient way to contribute without having necessarily to own a bot account?
2. is it possible to import or create some of the Translation templates like trans-top? አመአግናለሁ። (Abreham97 talk) 02:37, 13 November 2021 (UTC)
